Custom-Made Products

All glazing products are manufactured to the specifications agreed with the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements, designs, and details are correct before confirming the order.

Payments

Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of order. Production may not begin until the agreed payment or deposit has been received. Outstanding balances must be settled before delivery or completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing timelines, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Lux Glazing will not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Installation

Where installation is included, the customer must ensure safe and clear access to the site. Any additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions may result in extra charges.

Warranty

Products supplied by Lux Glazing are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty details will be provided upon request. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Lux Glazing shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or delays caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services supplied.
