The Project Story
The East Molesey project involved a complete replacement of windows and doors throughout a large residential property. After around fifteen years, the homeowners decided it was time to upgrade the glazing across the house to improve performance, refresh the appearance, and better suit how the property was being used.
With multiple elevations, garden areas, and access points, the project required a carefully coordinated approach.
What We Had to Solve
This was a large home with a wide variety of existing glazing, including different window types, garden doors, and a main front entrance. Each area of the property had different functional needs, from large openings connecting to outdoor spaces to more controlled glazing for private rooms.
The challenge was to replace everything without disrupting the character of the house, while ensuring all new windows and doors worked together visually and technically.
How We Delivered
We carried out a full survey of the property and supplied a complete glazing package tailored to each part of the house. A new front door was installed to refresh the main entrance, while multiple garden doors were fitted to suit different outdoor areas and layouts.
Windows throughout the house were replaced with carefully selected styles and sizes, ensuring a consistent finish while allowing flexibility for different rooms. Performance, security, and ease of use were prioritised across all installations.
The Final Result
