Greenwhich Project
The Project Story
The Greenwich project involved a large family home with multiple elevations, requiring a wide range of glazing solutions throughout the property. The homeowners wanted to upgrade all windows and doors, combining heritage-inspired features with modern performance across different rooms and levels.
The brief focused on creating a consistent look while allowing each space to have glazing suited to its function and layout.
What We Had to Solve
With many different window and door types required across the house, the main challenge was coordination and consistency. Living areas needed statement glazing with strong visual impact, while upper floors and secondary rooms required practical, well-proportioned windows.
The project included full-height heritage-style windows for the living room, a bow window on the upper floor, sliding windows in other parts of the house, several patio doors in different sizes, and a glazed door connecting the kitchen to the garden. Each element needed to work together without the property feeling visually fragmented.
How We Delivered
We supplied and installed a complete glazing package tailored to each area of the home. Full-height heritage-style windows were fitted in the living room to create a strong architectural feature and maximise natural light. A bow window was installed on the upper floor, enhancing both space and street presence.
Sliding windows were used in other areas of the house where controlled openings and ease of use were required. The project also included multiple patio doors in varying sizes, carefully positioned to suit each elevation, along with a glazed kitchen door providing direct access to the garden.
All frames were finished consistently to maintain a unified appearance across the entire property.
The Final Result
The completed project delivers a refined and balanced home, where each window and door feels purposefully designed. Large glazed areas flood the living spaces with light, while the combination of heritage detailing and modern systems provides both character and performance.
Despite the variety of glazing types, the house now has a cohesive identity, improved comfort, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The Greenwich project stands as a clear example of managing complex residential glazing with precision and attention to detail.
