Hayes Project
The Project Story
The Hayes project involved glazing works to the ground floor of a building that was nearing completion. The structure was largely finished, and the focus had shifted to final installations needed to make the space functional and ready for handover.
Our role was to supply and install new ground-floor windows and a glass door as part of the final stages of the build.
What We Had to Solve
Working on a project close to completion requires careful coordination with other trades on site. The openings were already prepared, and accuracy was essential to ensure the new windows and door fitted correctly without delaying the remaining works.
The building also required vent windows to allow natural ventilation, alongside a glazed door that provided access while maintaining visibility and light at ground level.
How We Delivered
We supplied and installed ground-floor windows designed with integrated vent sections to support airflow within the space. The window configuration was chosen to suit the building’s use while remaining simple and durable.
A glazed door was also installed to complete the ground-floor frontage, providing a practical access point and allowing light to enter the interior. Installation was carried out efficiently to fit within the project’s final construction schedule.
The Final Result
The completed glazing works allowed the building to move into its final stages without disruption. The new vent windows provide effective ventilation, while the glass door completes the ground-floor layout with a clean, functional finish.
The project demonstrates our ability to work seamlessly alongside ongoing construction, delivering precise installations that support timely project completion.
