Westcliff On Sea Project
The Project Story
The Westcliff-on-Sea project involved installing new UPVC windows as part of a home extension, alongside replacing windows in the existing parts of the property. The homeowners had added a new section to the house and wanted the glazing throughout to feel consistent, modern, and well integrated.
The aim was to ensure the new extension and the original structure worked together as one complete home.
What We Had to Solve
The main challenge was coordinating window installations across both new and existing parts of the property. The extension required brand-new window openings, while the original areas needed replacement windows that matched the new additions in style and finish.
Achieving consistency across different wall structures, opening sizes, and construction stages required careful planning and precise measurements.
How We Delivered
We supplied and installed UPVC windows throughout the property, selecting designs that suited both the new extension and the original house. Larger glazed sections were installed in the extended area to maximise light, while replacement windows in the existing parts of the home were chosen to align visually with the new installations.
All windows were finished in a consistent style, ensuring the exterior appeared unified rather than divided between old and new sections.
The Final Result
The completed project delivers a seamless transition between the extension and the original home. The new UPVC windows bring improved insulation, increased natural light, and a clean, refreshed appearance across the entire property.
The result is a practical and well-executed glazing upgrade that supports the extended layout and enhances the overall comfort and look of the house.
